Brad Weir, Executive Director

As Managing Director of IMS Brad provides leadership and strategic direction to IMS. Brad is a globally experienced Human Resources Executive having worked throughout Asia Pacific , North America and the Middle East. Brad has operated across a broad range of industries but has extensive experience in the Oil and Gas, Energy, Resource sectors as well as assisting start up technology organisations. Brad provides specialist consulting services working with Executive and Project Teams to deliver strategic and organisational design solutions that meet the challenges of a fast – changing industry landscape. Brad helps Executives Teams develop compelling organisational strategies and work with them to manage the strategic transformation of their organisations to achieve their vision.

Brad has a Masters of Business Administration from Curtin University as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from Murdoch University where he majored in Human Resources and Industrial Relations

Grant Wechsel, Executive Director

Grant is focused on developing and growing businesses, creating win/win outcomes with business partners, investors and clients. Grant founded mining services business One Key Resources in 2011 growing it to over $250M in revenue before it was acquired by a UK based group in 2016. Grant is also a co-founder and director of MPX - Mining Projects Accelerator and enjoys numerous other board and investor roles in the industry.

Grant founded Managed Workforce Group (MWG) in 2020 which specialises in total contractor and workforce management solutions for the mining, oil & gas, infrastructure and industrial industries nationally. Through MWG’s, Group Recruitment brand, he has co-founded IMS Workforce with Brad Weir to grow on the stellar reputation IMS has built in Western Australia.
